Eligibility Current Requirements :

1- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a relevant field of work.

2- A Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade/CGPA on 10 point scale/50% marks in the case of candidates belonging to the General Category and 45% for SC/ST candidates.

3- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).

4- Knowledge of billing systems and accounting software like Tally Enterprise will be an added advantage.

5- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with fluency in the Urdu language are mandatory prerequisites for this position.

6- The candidate should be well versed in handling customer complaints & queries related to electricity supply & billing systems etc.

Selection Procedure :

They will be conducted on a single day by the IESCO. The examination shall be held in the morning and afternoon sessions. There will be two (02) sessions of the written test and two (02) sessions of the interview, the viva-voce examination. Candidates will have to appear in both the Written Test and Interview Viva Voice Test to qualify for an Islamabad Electric Power Company job.

The written test will consist of multiple-choice objective-type questions drawn from Pakistani Language, English Language, General Knowledge, General Science & Technology, and Mathematics.
