Eligibility Criteria :

Applicants should be graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the relevant field. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English. They should also possess good interpersonal skills and a desire to work on challenging projects.

Age Limit: 35 years as of 22nd June 2022 for the post of Project Manager and 30 years for Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be made based on merit. The candidate will have to appear in a written test and interview. The minimum qualifying marks for the written test are 40%. The candidates having the highest marks in the examination will be called for an interview.

Job Physical Activities :

The incumbent will perform the following Physical activities:

• Run the software on a computer or a laptop.
• Perform manual tasks required to maintain the computers and other equipment used in the office.
• Maintain the history of all transactions carried out by employees in a particular department.
• Operate various office machines, such as photocopiers, fax machines, and telephones, and perform essential maintenance on them.

Physical Test :

Candidates will be required to perform the following physical test to qualify for the post:

1. Endurance Test: Candidates will be asked to run 100 meters in 10 seconds or less.

2. Pull-Ups Test: Candidates will be asked to do a minimum of 15 pull-ups within 2 minutes.

3. Strength Test: Candidates will be asked to lift a minimum of 30 kilograms (66 pounds) and hold it overhead for at least 2 seconds.
