The Anti-Corruption Court of Sindh has issued a notification seeking applications from honest, competent, and courageous candidates for Additional District & Sessions Judge (Administration) Karachi. These positions are significant in this Court and help form the core team that works closely with all other sections to reach the goal of fighting corruption in Sindh.
Anti Corruption Court Jobs are announced for persons of Sindh. ACC is the sub-organization of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. It was constituted under the 15th Constitutional Amendment Act 2010. They provide speedy trial and justice in corruption, corrupt practices, and corrupt persons, including corrupt judges. The organization has its headquarters in Islamabad.
Applicants who want to do a job in Anti-Corruption Court (ACC) should have completed a degree from any recognized university or institution. Eligibility Criteria :
1) Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years.
2) Minimum Qualification: Graduation with Preferable Masters Degree in Law/ LLM (English Law) from a recognized University.
3) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of criminal cases.
4) Gender: Male
5) Domicile: Sindh only
6) Nationality: Pakistani (No dual nationality).
7) Religion: Muslim only
8) Disable minorities must have secured at least 50% marks in the written test held by this Court on the prescribed form and with all the relevant documents attached to that.
Application Process :

2- You have to submit your application form with the required documents.
3- After that, your application will be verified by the authorities of the Anti Corruption Court – ACC.
4- After verification, your application will be shortlisted by them, and then they will call you for a test and interview.
5- When you are called for a test and interview, only you will know about your final result.
6- If all goes well, you will get selected for this post. Verification Process:
The selected candidates must appear for the verification process at our office. All required documents/certificates (as mentioned in the given period) are original. Suppose any candidate fails to attend the verification process within the given period. In that case, their candidature will be canceled automatically.
Candidates will not be entertained at any other place other than our office during this process, so please keep it in mind while making travel arrangements for coming here for verification purposes.
Medical Test and Interview: All selected candidates must appear for a medical test and interview at our office. The trial and discussion will be held on Monday, 13th June 2022, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
